By joining, staying in, or participating in the Duelwins Telegram group, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, leave the group and do not participate.
1. Age and eligibility
Duelwins is strictly for people aged 21 or older. You must also satisfy any higher minimum age or other eligibility rule that applies where you live. By remaining in the group or participating, you confirm that you meet those requirements. Do not participate if the activity is restricted or unlawful in your location.
2. Telegram rules
You must follow Telegram’s Terms of Service, its community rules, the Telegram Stars Terms, and any other applicable Telegram policies. Telegram’s rules apply in addition to these terms. Duelwins is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Telegram.
3. Participation and risk
Participation is voluntary. Events, spins, and chance-based outcomes involve risk, and wins are never guaranteed. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and accept that risk. Participate only with Stars or items you are prepared to lose. Do not participate if doing so could cause financial, personal, or emotional harm. Never borrow funds or chase a loss.
4. Telegram Stars
The Duelwins website does not sell, receive, or process Telegram Stars. Where a Telegram group uses paid messages, Stars may be deducted by Telegram from your balance. A deduction does not guarantee a win or prize. Check the current price, goal, duration, and event rules before sending a paid message. Star purchases and deductions are also governed by Telegram and applicable payment-provider terms.
5. Event rules and outcomes
The announcement posted for a specific event forms part of these terms. It may identify the game mode, prize, participation price, required number of successful outcomes, time limit, and other conditions. Telegram-generated emoji results are used as received by the event bot. Forwarded messages, administrator messages, messages outside an active event, manipulated activity, and other ineligible entries may be ignored.
6. Prizes and delivery
If you win, prize delivery may take up to 12 hours after reasonable verification. You may need to provide the public account or wallet information reasonably required to deliver the stated prize. Contact an admin if the prize has not arrived after 12 hours. Never share your Telegram password, login code, two-factor password, wallet seed phrase, or private key to claim a prize.
7. Fair participation
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate messages or outcomes, use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, impersonate an admin, interfere with other members, or automate participation without written permission. Admins may investigate suspected abuse, exclude ineligible activity, correct an obvious technical error, or restrict participation where reasonably necessary to protect members and events.
8. Giveaways
Each giveaway may have separate eligibility, timing, entry, selection, delivery, and geographic rules in its official Telegram announcement. Those specific rules form part of these terms. If a giveaway announcement conflicts with a general promotional page, the official Telegram announcement controls. No giveaway entry is accepted through this website.
9. Availability and changes
Events, prizes, prices, schedules, and these terms may change. Admins may pause, cancel, extend, or end an event or the group where reasonably necessary, including for technical, security, legal, or platform reasons. If a material event-specific change is made after an event starts, it should be communicated in the group.
10. No professional advice
Content from Duelwins is provided for community and entertainment purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or gambling advice. A digital collectible, USDT, Stars, or other prize may change in value and may have tax consequences for you.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duelwins is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, Telegram outages or account restrictions, changes in third-party asset values, wallet mistakes, third-party impersonation, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Acceptance and contact
By participating, you confirm that you are 21 or older, eligible where you live, and accept these terms together with the relevant event announcement. Leave the group if you do not accept them. Questions or prize-delivery issues may be sent to @dealeds.
